The BEAZORES ADVENTURE platform can provide Users of the site with an online shopping platform for products or services from various brands or suppliers.

The access and use, in any way, of the beazoresadventure.com website, as well as the purchase of products or services available, implies full acceptance of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy adopted, without any reservations.

These terms and conditions apply to all products or services offered directly by the respective suppliers and made available online, through any means or digital device. All personal information voluntarily provided at the time of registration or collected through automated procedures is subject to security measures to prevent unauthorized access, use and disclosure, in accordance with the provisions set out in the Privacy Policy.

  1. Prices and Payment Methods

Carefully check the details and conditions of supply of the products or services. The values ​​shown may not be up to date and must be confirmed with the respective supplier.

Suppliers may request payment, in whole or in part, to confirm the order/reservation of the product or service. This information will be available during the ordering/booking process.

Values ​​and programs may also vary if the services take place on special/commemorative holidays, national/international holidays and local holidays.

Payment is securely processed from your credit/debit card or your bank account to the supplier’s bank account via an accredited payment institution.

Each Product or Service Provider may provide different payment methods, depending on the payment methods you have subscribed to with the payment institution.

Payment by multibanco payment through the Multibanco network purchase payment option. In this case, the necessary data will be generated at the time of purchase and the information will be sent to the customer via email and SMS. This payment method is valid only for Mainland Portugal and Islands.

The credit card details provided by the Registered User are registered directly in the database of the card companies, which do not allow access to this information by third parties. If the Registered User chooses to use the Paypal tool, it will be necessary to provide the login and password of the respective Paypal account at the time of purchase confirmation. In this case, BEAZORES ADVENTURE does not have access to any information about the data of the credit card used and is not responsible for any difficulties in making the payment.

Payment can also be made via bank transfer. In this case, the data necessary to proceed with the payment will be communicated by the supplier at the time of purchase and sent by email.

  1. Shipping of products

As a rule, Shipping Fees are calculated automatically and can be different for each supplier.

Once the order has been confirmed and payment for the products has been made by the Registered User, the supplier sends a message confirming receipt of the order and payment.

If, after payment for the products, the supplier verifies a situation of unavailability, the customer will be contacted to be informed of their unavailability.

  1. Product Deliveries and Reservation Confirmation

The date/time requested for the delivery of products or for the provision of the service is only guaranteed, after confirmation of availability and respective payment.

On the reservation date, payment of 50% of the value of the chosen program is due and the remaining 50%, up to 15 days before the date of the scheduled service. Bookings made with a date of less than 30 days, the amount of the booking is paid in full, unless different conditions announced by the respective supplier.

Except in extraordinary circumstances, the purchased product(s) will be delivered within the maximum period defined by each supplier for each country or region from the date on which the order is shipped.

Any delays in the delivery of orders may be due to:

  1. Product customization.
  2. Specialized articles.
  3. Force majeure reasons.
  4. Carrier strike.
  5. Customs processes.
  6. Sale or special promotions.
  7. Festive seasons.

If, for some reason, it is not possible to meet the maximum delivery period indicated, the supplier will inform the Customer of this fact, establishing a new delivery date.

For the purposes of these T&C, the delivery of any products is declared to have taken place at the time of signing the proof of receipt of the products at the agreed delivery address.

The confirmation of the reservation, or the counting of the deadline for delivery of the order, starts from the communication of the approval of the payment, by the payment institution, to the supplier and after validation of the personal data of the Registered User/Customer.

  1. Impossibility of Delivery

In Portugal, if the courier has tried to deliver to the customer and has left a card, the customer must use the Re-delivery Service. If the driver has not yet tried the delivery or the customer does not have the redelivery card, he must contact BEAZORES ADVENTURE. The query must include the waybill number, delivery address and re-delivery date.

Note: Orders can only be resent between Monday and Friday.

  1. Risk Transmission

The risks to which the products may be subjected will be the Customer’s responsibility from the moment the products are delivered, that is, from the moment the Customer becomes the owner of those same products.

  1. Returns and Cancellations

Suppliers only sell items in perfect condition and always confirm the condition of the items before they are sent to the customer.

We seek to offer quality products, always looking for partnerships with the best suppliers in different categories. However, product returns are predictable situations.

If the Customer wishes to return the product within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt, he may do so. The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered.

To proceed with the return, access the home return request using the return form available in the “MY ACCOUNT” section.

After the supplier accepts the return and receives and examines the article, the Customer will be informed of the right or not to the refund of the amounts paid. The return will be made as soon as possible within a period of 15 working days from the date of return of the product. The refund of amounts paid will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer in the purchase.

There will be no return of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered to the Customer, that have been used beyond the simple opening of the respective packaging or that are returned after the period established in these T&C (14 days).

If the return does not comply with these T&C, the product will be returned to the Customer, accompanied by a copy of the evaluation carried out and, in this case, no compensation will be due to the Customer.

Food products, vouchers, hygiene products, personalized items are not eligible for return, as well as products purchased through promotions, such as Sales or Special Offers.

If you want to make an exchange, you will first have to return the product(s) and then place a new order.

Failure to show up on the reservation date implies the loss of the right to any refund of amounts already paid. The supplier reserves the right to credit the amount paid for a new service on a date to be scheduled, always subject to availability, within a maximum period of 12 months and after evaluating the justification presented for the no-show.

If weather conditions make it impossible to carry out the service, if a modification/cancellation is requested, for any reason, by the Customer, up to 48 hours before the scheduled date, the parties will try to agree on a new date, by issuing a voucher valid for 12 months. If there are different particular conditions in the cancellation policy of each supplier, the one defined in the cancellation policy of each supplier will apply. Each supplier also reserves the right to refund, or not, any amount paid.

  1. defective products

If, upon receiving the product, you consider that it does not comply with the Terms and Conditions of Sale, you must contact the supplier, within a maximum period of 14 days, through the supplier’s customer area, informing us about the defect.

After the supplier receives the order, he will schedule the collection date at an address indicated by the customer.

After careful evaluation of the returned product, you will be notified by email, as soon as possible, of the return of the value of the item or its replacement. If there is room for a return or replacement of the product, this will be carried out within 15 working days from the date of sending the email message confirming the return or replacement of the product.

If the return does not comply with these T&C, the product will be returned to the Customer, accompanied by a copy of the evaluation carried out and, in this case, no compensation will be due to the Customer.

Amounts paid for products returned with a defect will be refunded in full, including all shipping costs. The return will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.

All rights will be safeguarded in accordance with the law in force, from the outset, and because we are in the scope of defective products, we emphasize DL n.º 383/89, of November 6th.

  1. Warranty / After-sales Service

BEAZORES ADVENTURE is totally unrelated to the provision of guarantees and after-sales services, except as described in point 8 of these T&C.

  1. Data Protection

BEAZORES ADVENTURE respects all applicable legislation on the protection of personal data. Users/Registered Users/Customers should regularly consult the Privacy Policy and make sure they agree with it.

In case of abusive use of the beazoresadventure.com website or suspicion of the practice of an unauthorized act, under the terms of the applicable law or these T&C, by any User/Registered User/Customer, BEAZORES ADVENTURE may communicate the data of the User/Registered User/Customer in question to the competent authorities.

  1. Exclusion of Registered Users and Right not to provide the Service

In case of abusive use of the beazoresadventure.com website, proven fraud, participation by obtaining an illicit benefit or advantage, violation or non-compliance with any provision set forth in these T&Cs or in the applicable legislation by any User/Registered User/Customer, BEAZORES ADVENTURE reserves the right, at any time, to suspend or cancel the access of the User/Registered User/Customer in question to the site.

In the event of the occurrence of these facts, the suspension or cancellation of access will be carried out without any compensation being due to the User/Registered User/Customer.

In the event that Customers are under the influence of alcoholic beverages or psychotropic, narcotic or incapacitating substances, at the beginning or during the provision of the service, the service provider reserves the right not to allow the permanence in the activity of that, or those customers, not granting them the right to any refund of the amount paid for the contracted service.

  1. Responsibility

The BEAZORES ADVENTURE platform is not responsible for access or navigation failures arising from circumstances beyond its control and control, including, without limitation, Internet failures in general, power outages, electronic and/or physical malfunctions of any telecommunications network, interruptions or interruptions in connection and software and/or hardware failures of the User/Registered User/Customer, as well as scheduled downtime for maintenance, updating and configuration adjustments of the beazoresadventure.com website.

The User/Registered User/Customer is responsible for:

(i) keep the environment of your computers and other devices accessing the site safe, using specific tools for this purpose, such as antivirus, firewall, among others, in order to contribute to the prevention of electronic risks;

(iii) use up-to-date and efficient operating systems and browsers for full use of the site;

(iii) equip and be responsible for the computers and hardware devices necessary to access the site, as well as for the access of these computers and devices to the Internet;

(iv) the use, custody, maintenance and secrecy of all passwords given to you to make purchases on the site.

The BEAZORES ADVENTURE platform, nor any of its directors, employees, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates or others involved in the management of the platform and its contents can be held responsible for:

(i) any loss of: production, profit, revenue, contract. Or direct or indirect damage to image or reputation;

(ii) any inaccuracy regarding information such as: description, price and availability of products or services offered by the supplier or other business partners contained in the listings made available on the platform;

(iv) any direct or indirect damages, losses or costs incurred, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our platform;

(v) any injury, death, property damage or other direct or indirect damages, losses or costs suffered, due to acts, errors, breaches, negligence, willful misconduct, misstatements, omissions, default, tort or strict liability attributable to the product or service provider, or any other of our business partners, including all of their employees, directors, representatives or affiliates, whose products or services are directly or indirectly made available, offered or promoted through the platform, including cancellation, overbooking, riots , war, strike, any other event of force majeure or beyond our control.
